Nick,
I send a list of Foreclosures in Yavapai County to Clients that want the list. The notices of Trustee Sales are up by 125 % since December. You can bet most of these will hit the market soon. You can request this email list or look at all Bank owned Homes in the Prescott MLS at http://www.buyForeclosedaz.org
Hope this helps,
Brad

Hi Nick, I would say yes, that the number of foreclosures in PV are increasing, as they are elsewhere in the country. There are some wonderful buys right now on foreclosed homes. The quality of the homes has changed as well--I don't see so many "trashed" homes in the foreclosure market. The last 2 homes I sold were bank owned properties. I would be happy to get you a list of what is on the market in your price range and area. Sincerely, Dee Johnson djohnson@exitfw.com

Nick - AZ leads the nation in foreclosures. But, I don't have more specific information than that. I think there are some good agents from AZ on here. If you don't get an answer in the next couple hours from a local agent, email me and I will connect you with someone local who can assist you further.
