Although this is an old posting, properties continue to increase in value as this city grows. Unless something bad happens, Nashville is up and ready for growth and prosperity.

As you can see from other answers, home prices in Mt Juliet, TN are going strong. Lots of multiple offer situations and good increase in prices. Different areas of Nashville are different of course, but overall Nashville area is doing well and increasing.

Home sale prices and rental prices have been increasing across the board, as the real estate market here is going very strong! Many homes are even selling above listing price.

The Nashville Market is stronger than other areas of the country. Middle TN communities have offered some great corporate incentives so we have new industry and new workers moving in! NO STATE INCOME TAX! The home prices have bottomed out and are more stable now.
