Looking is good. There are incentives for a buyer to purchase in Cleveland. The answer is yes, things are still selling.depending on the area of Cleveland you are looking in and the price range. In my neighborhood they are selling quickly. There are alot of newer developments in the area and they all seem to be selling. Some builders are bearing the brunt of the market.
If you need assistance looking for a new home I would be happy to be your buyer's agent. Thanks!! 440-781-5087 Wed Apr 23 2008, 19:14 Web Reference: http://www.movewithmaya.com
