That area is a real good area, but I would be careful with one bedroom properties. It may be difficult in terms of reselling.

KC- In terms of investment you have to think about what you are trying to accomplish. Are you looking for immediate cash flow? Or are you looking for the property to appreciate over a period of time then you get a return on your investment? Generally speaking the area's values are good and many would consider the area to be a desirable place to own a piece of real estate.
