VA loans are great - if you can actually get a seller to work with you in the current market.

As for this specific property? Have your Realtor contact the seller to see if it will work.

VA is a great loan program. I have other options as well. Let's discuss what is your best options if your intending on relocating. VA is owner occupied only.

Va loans are a great way to buy a home. Sometimes they get a bad rap as agents either do not know how easy they are to deal with or are concerned that it is %100 financing. In a sellers market it is often hard to get a VA offer accepted due to these concerns. One of the great benefits available to the Veterans who have served their country.. Great loan program.
