Hi Terry! One of the most important things to remember about waterfront property is that there is only so much of it available, and with any limited commodity, it will always be in demand. Right now there are some really good deals in Hudson and the Gulf Harbors community just down the road in New Port Richey. There is a nice public beach in Hudson but Gulf Harbors has it's own private Gulf beach for residents only. Prices are stabilizing for the homes, but plenty of good deals for those looking to get Gulf access at great prices! You can also get a nice 2/2 condo in the Gulf Island Beach community in Hudson for $139,000. I work as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent so I am very familiar with all the inventory, and keep an eye on the trends for my clients.
