Are there any neibourhoods left that could offer moderate prices for homes, yet still be considered relatively safe and convenient in Akron/Cleveland areas,or any other suggestions for other areas of N.E. Ohio that would fit the question?
there are several areas that have reports available. Check E neighborhoods. Also most large cities can offer affordable housing, there will always be pockets of less that desireable areas but you need to contact and agent that works in those areas to give you accurate advice. Last month alone I showed over 53 houses in Akron. Call me w/ any questions Virginia Edwards 330-221-4716.
There are many areas that offer moderately priced homes in the akron area, especially right now! Cuyahoga Falls, Kenmore, Barberton are just a few. I would recommend going on the Howard Hanna website to access info about school systems and neighborhood demographics.
where are any cheap houses in stow?????????????
When people are looking for a safe low cost area, I recommend Parma, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Kent, West Akron or Brunswick. All are safe, low priced homes and sitting on an over supply of homes. In a buyers eyes, "perfect opportunity"!
Depending on how far you are willing to commute, Canton has so much to offer for the money and is only 20 minutes south of Akron. Lots of great neighborhoods, parks, colleges, and services to meet just about anyone's needs.
Good Luck and let me know if I can help you further.
Hello Ken,
Yes, to all your questions. I live in Akron in an area known as Firestone Park. I am in my fifties and have lived in the Park since I was in grade school. Prices range from in the $80's to over $150,000. There are areas such as Green, Uniontown, Hartville, Norton, Wadsworth, Cuyahoga Falls, and on and on. We are considered to be one of the most affordable areas for homes in tha USA! From Akron to Cleveland there are great neighborhoods to live in. Please check out my website and feel free to call or email me with any questions. No obligations, just help!
Thank you,
David
