The market is picking up steam all over the peninsula! A lot of people are looking for homes again since the prices have come down. It seems rare to have a 2/1 in that area since most are 3 bedrooms. Anyways, a 2/1 in good condition should sell for around $450,000 right now! That's just my ballpark figure without seeing the place.
