Realty Trac may be promoting a property that isn't quite ready to hit the market (not completely in foreclosure) I don't know whether this is just a vacant lot or a home. If you know a complete address you could call the county and find out who owns the property. If it is still under a persons name, you could find out from the register of deeds what mortgage company holds the mortgage on it. If it is a local bank you may be able to buy it fairly easily from them - if not a locally owned, you just have to be patient and watch realtor.com and other sites to see when they list it with a real estate company. Find a local agent and they will be glad to check it out for you.... more
This property was listed by an agent in our office previously. Please contact Courtney at 784-341-9485 and I'm sure she can bring you up to date on the status of the home. I believe it had been rented, but I'm not sure of the terms or if the seller was still planning to sell.
Thanks, Katie... more
I see that back in May you did not get any answers to your question. Yes, there are two bedrooms on the main floor of this home. However, it is no longer for sale. It closed on July 30th of this year. Thanks!

Periwinkle in located in a new subdivision just east of Manhattan off Highway 24. You go north on Green Valley Road to the Elbo Creek Estates subdivision. Would you like more information on this home? Are you planning a trip to Manhattan for house hunting? Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

This home recently sold...March 31st. Typically, in our market, foreclosures and preforeclosures are listed with local agents. If you're in search of a specific home, price range, or just bank owned/foreclosures, get hooked up with a buyers agent to help you find the perfect match. Good luck!... more
