A good mortgage broker can also give you some steps on how to raise your credit score to get you in the financing range!

I bought my condo 3 yrs. ago and now are refinancing for a lower rate. Are the closings cost from the first time deductible on my taxes?
You should have deducted the expenses in the year you purchased, you may be able to file an amended return for that year but really should ask your cpa or who ever completes your taxes ... more
