Most everyone with FHA loan capability can do manufactured homes. You can only do this as a primary residence. While land is a great thing to buy, multifamily units are more lucrative. Imagine living in one unit and having the other 2 or 3 tenants paying the mortgage and then some.
Multi family units are really low priced right now and will be a lucrative piece of property in about 5 years. Think, 4 renters under one roof generating $1000 of net income per month.
FHA will allow you to live in one unit and rent the others. FHA will also give you credit for the unrented units to help you qualify for buying the property.... more
