That would depend on the area you choose to live in. We have great schools here throughout the Lexington, Kentucky marketplace. A lot of our schools are NEW. We have magnet schools in many areas, Christian & Private Schools to choose from.

stpsb.org is the authoritative website on this subject. I always refer clients to this website, as the school board can change boundaries, and anything but the most current info could be problematic. I would always want a client to be comfortable with potential school districts and to get maps from a primary source. Such an important part of the buying process for anyone with children!... more
Great public schools-I ended up outside of the Mandeville School district with a Jr High school age child. She attended Montleone Jr High - what a great school !!!! Lakeshore High School is top notch too. Very happy with the public school system and the neighborhoods along Hwy 1088, Quail Creek, Forest Brook, Woodlands plus others.... more
840 Ursulines is around the corner from me. It's a very quiet block. It's very residential, and you get to know your neighbors. Generally, if you are looking between Dumaine and Esplanade, that's the quieter section. If you are in the back of the building off the street or up high, you would be surprised how quiet it can be, even on some of the Bourbon St. blocks. Good luck!... more
