You can contact banks in your area, they have lists, you can drive down to the courthouse and get some info, you can go talk to your county clerk. Lots of ways to get it. However, you'll probably spend hours gathering all this info, especially if your looking at a couple different markets, where you could spend a couple bucks and get it instantly from one of the aggregated websites.
