Hi, I really can't provide you with a direct answer for either question. Many homes are pet friendly but it depends on each owner. As far as condos go, the majority have pet weight restrictions ranging from 20-30lbs. The amount of monthly HOA dues will depend on the age and amenities of each community. Almost all of them are in excess of 100/mo. That said, if you are looking to rent,almost all HOA fees are paid by the owner.
