According to Realist, a property data service provided by NWMLS and First American Title Company, the Flood Zone Code is an X, which means it is considered outside of the 100 and 500 year flood plains. Final and legal determination is made when a lender or your agent orders a Flood Certification for a nominal fee. Based on what I see, I wouldn't be concerned with flooding.
