To get results that will have any influence on your business you must fully understand how a consumer will or WILL NOT find your Trulia blog.
Next, it would be beneficial to understand what tools are available to you through your Trulia blog and determine if these resources have any inherent value for supporting your business of if they are redundant to what you already use and do.
Finally, you must determine how can you exploit the TRULIA brand in your Encino real estate market. On the east coast Trulia is exploitable. Maybe not so much on the West Coast. You may want to do some real grass roots market research....yourself.
Be aware, Truiia blogging is but one leg on the centipede. You must have other mechanisms supporting or benefiting from your Trulia blog efforts.
