Currently there are no homes listed under $100k. Typically the price of a lake rights home and a home outside of lake rights in Lake Arrowhead can range from $30k-$50k depending on condition of the home and location of the home. If it is a "fixer" or located on an access road(a non-paved and maintained road it may be listed from $130k-$150k.
There are very few homes listed in the low $100k's in Lake Arrowhead and where there is a home listed in that price range is sells quickly.
Currently in our market today, banks will not finance less than $50k.

Yes, you do have multiple down payment choices for owner occupied purchase from zero down USDA Rural, half percent down FHA, 3% down Conventional, 3.5% down FHA, 5% down Conventional with no mortgage insurance, 5% down Conventional with mortgage insurance, 10% down FHA or conventional.
