The salespeople, consumers who visit and maybe the people at the Weld County offices might know. If the salespeople only see a car cruise through and leave, they can speculate. Some people just drive through communities. They may be scouting neighborhoods before looking at individual homes. Who knows? In addition to a guest book, the salespeople keep records of who they spoke with and they record any feedback that was provided.
