This complex allows up to 2 pets medium in size and also offers heated pool and semi-private elevators. It may be okay as long as Federal Income Tax for businesses and individuals is replaced with a VAT Sales Tax instead and if we change immigration to allow immediate entrance for higher net worth immigrants who will buy homes!

Most of the Condo rentals in Jensen Beach would be on Hutchinson Island. Rental rates will vary widely depending on condition, size and location of the unit. The current rentals are a little soft because of the large number of units for sale. However, inventory is shrinking and rates should be up in a year or two. At that point, prices will probably be up also.... more
Just like the rest of the nation housing sales have been adjusting to current market. With resales averaging 22-28% each year for the past three years, it is no wonder the 'softening'. So when you see 15% decrease in sales prices, remember they went up three to four times that in the previous 5 year period. Lots of inventory to choose from an average is probably around 180 days, however, if priced right we still see homes being sold between 30-40 days.... more
