If you are in a multiple offer situation, you may have to offer your highest and best offer for the property.

Re-evaluate your price, despite your upgrades you may still be too high for your market area and check and see what your Realtor is doing. If your house is in great condition - is it the location? Busy street etc. can really affect the sale of a home.... more
