No, not really. Rent for 3 years. Rebuild your credit. Save your money for a solid down payment. At least 10% and 20% optimally. Your best option was to not have your home foreclosed upon. I get it, we don't always have that choice.
o normal lender will touch you until that 3 years has passed. It would be longer but your debt was discharged. (Note the lender could still foreclose on the home due to the lien, you just didn't owe the bank due to the bankruptcy) If you hadn't declared bankruptcy the exclusionary period would be 7 years for most lenders.
There are some special loss mitigation options but it's too late for that. Some banks might have let you sell the house or deed it over and come back in 2 years or so.
If you can find a lender, you would probably pay out the nose for it.... more
If you are a for sale by owner the post is not allowed; if and when you do list with a broker, ask your agent to post the listing, or consider any flat fee realty company that feeds into the site....... more

Try putting your ad on POSTLETS. I did it and it will populate here and allow you to edit it on Craigslist also. I made a change to the square footage and it updated here also. It worked for me YMMV. Hope this helps.... more
Trulia does not allow for sale by owner listings, they only allow licensed real estate professionals to advertise homes for sale. If you want your home to appear here you will need to find an agent to work with.... more
