Hi There:

Try Seminole county cities. Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Winter Springs, Lake Mary… These are very well established towns so you have a lot of older homes. But at the same time the schools are A rated, the neighborhoods are extremely desirable so families with Children constantly look into move in these areas. Since they are older, well established towns you will run into more homes that may need to be fixed up & after they are fixed up you can usually turn them around super quick. If you don't mind living in the property for a year, you should look at the FHA 203K Renovation loan. It is an excellent program for fixing a finance the repairs into the mortgage. There is a lot of information on my website if you would like to learn more.

Any where in Orlando or Central Flroida !!!

Rigth now, generally, properties listed under $200,000 are selling very fast, so if you could re sell in that price range than that woudl be the way to go
