Try Seminole county cities. Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Winter Springs, Lake Maryâ€¦ These are very well established towns so you have a lot of older homes. But at the same time the schools are A rated, the neighborhoods are extremely desirable so families with Children constantly look into move in these areas. Since they are older, well established towns you will run into more homes that may need to be fixed up & after they are fixed up you can usually turn them around super quick.
