audreymayhew, Home Owner in Mint Hill, NC

i have a commercial property that i'm in the process of clearing out and getting ready to lease.

Asked by audreymayhew, Mint Hill, NC Sat Oct 12, 2013

it would be ideal for a consignment or antique shop. it was built in 1923 and is a large cottage type house with an enchanting garden out back. how would i go about marketing it? i am moving to the beach, this was my former floral workshop.

Good afternoon, Audrey:
Your best approach would be to market it with a commercial real estate broker who is familiar with that particular use or any other use allowed under current zoning. If you appreciate an answer, please give thumbs up. For the most helpful answer, please say thanks with a best answer click.

Audrey,

This is something that you need to discuss with a commercial broker who specializes in that area. I would find a good commercial brokerage house and have them market the property for you and take care of the leasing of it... it can be a very complicated lease and you would want someone who knows the right questions to ask and looking out for your best interest
