We can assist with previewing the homes for you, taking extra pics for you, running comps, submitting offers via digital signatures (in most cases, some properties require "Wet Signatures") saving you time and headache. We can also line up all inspections and/or appraisals. Should there be problems that arise from the inspections we can arrange for vendors to give you quotes on the various repairs/rehab that is needed.
