That will depends on your investment goal and what are you going to do with this property.

Are you goign to use it as a rental unit? or are you going to fix it up and resell or are you going to be using it for your office then sell it later?

I can't find this unit for sale in MLS or on Dallas Tax records, it could be a scam.

Just be careful and work with a Realtor of your choice.

It depends on what is best for you and your company. If you need stable, inexpensive office then YES.
I think it is a great idea for your business.

There are large number of factors influencing value of commercial property these days - I would strongly suggest working with a Realtor who specializes in commercial transactions so you'll have all the data you need to make the best decision. I have a great referral for you - just give me a call.

Thanks for your response. Many of you suggested working with a relator. I am new to this. So should I hire a relator on a hourly basis for consultation on this property? or how does it work?
