I've met plenty of good contractors around here. It sounds like you're needing one for something very special. I would look for one with high reviews who will be willing to hear any requests or specifications you have to make and follow through with them. I'm sure that you'll find who you're looking for!

I think it's great that you're looking for professional help for this. I know a lot of people that like to think they can do this kind of project alone. It almost never works out for them, and they normally end up losing money. I think it's important to take a few risks, but those should be calculated risks. Hiring a contractor is the best option you have when doing this type of project. I hope that people recognize that and make an effort to find a good contractor to help them with their projects.

I need a contractor as well. I need someone who can do some work on my new office building. I need to make sure that everything gets installed correctly. Were you able to find someone who did a good job? http://www.mlwcontracting.com/general_contracting.html

You are going to want somebody that's easy to work with, because sometimes renovations projects can be really hard. It would be good to find someone that can understand what you want and make it a reality. There are a lot of good general contractors out there, so you should be able to find one suitable for your needs. http://kavinconstructioninc.com

I suggest looking at Angie's List (http://www.angieslist.com) where you will receive a list of consumer rated contractors. Shop around!
