I'm interested in a 3 to four acre parcel zone C-I1 (industrial... need not have buildings. What should I expect to pay per acre?

The price for industrial land varies widely based on location, just like any other land. In the Missoula area, we have industrial listings from $40,000/acre to $250,000+/acre. I'd be happy to help in your search if you need assistance. or
