Very lucky that the builder is still in business! Best of luck trying to get the floor plan from them and their archives!

Veronique, I have been a real estate appraiser and broker for close to 18 years. If you leveraged the property when purchased. you should have in your title and close documents a form 1004 appraisal doc if it was an investment or 2nd it could be a 2025 short form. Either way a true sketch is drawn on each the current lender should have a pdf of it. as well. Call me if you have no luck. I maybe be able to help you.

It would be a miracle if a floor plan exists unless you know the original builder and they would have one in their Archives. I agree with a previous answer which noted that you will probably need to have one drawn for you. There are some aps that allow this, but I've frankly found them difficult to do an entire home. Single rooms are fairly simple.

Depends what you need it for. Is it for permitting because you are adding to it? Call me and we can discuss it.

Doubtful there will be one....you will need to have a new floorplan drawn up for you.
