Visit a neighborhood several times to get a sense of belonging. Check out area statistics on your own; real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods...

You should go and talk with the neighbors. They can answer your question the best.

Hello,

Realtors are not allowed to comment on crime rates nor are we as informed as the local police department. To answer your question correctly, I would suggest contacting the local police department in that area and asking them, they will have the best answer for you. Also, go knock on a few doors and speak to a few of the neighbors in that area and see what they say.

If you are interested in viewing crimes in any given area, you can also check these web sites out;

Thank you and I hope this helps,

Hi Raphael,

You can also look up the neighborhood you're interested in under our "Local Info" section and see every statistic that you can think of. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Best of luck!
