Hi Pat,
I am a NYS licensed home inspector, I do perform inspections in the Oneonta area. I hope you will find the home that you like in this area. It is a very friendly area to live in, with houses reasonably priced. Beautiful country setting, nice small towns, near Cooperstown, great to raise children. Really a pleasure to live here.
