will not be grueling if we would purchase in the Spring Hill area...do you advise US 19 or the Suncoast?
Karin,
How are you going to feel WHEN gas goes up to $5.00 a gallon the next time?
What if your next job is in St. Petersburg or by MacDill AFB?
Transportation costs will only rise in the future. That's why homes are cheaper up there. Nobody but retirees
want to live so far away from everything.
Good luck with the new job.

The further north you get from Tampa, the cheaper it is for the same size home. If your doing a 45 minute drive every day back and forth, I don't think your going to like it. That is 90 to 120 minutes of your life gone everyday. I wouldn't go any further north then Hudson.
US 19 would be better then Suncoast. Once you get off of Suncoast to go to Palm Harbor, you have to go through all those backroads and traffic.
Hello Karin,
It will be quiet a distance for you to travel from Spring Hill to Palm Harbor. Here is a link to show the distance between Spring Hill to Palm Harbor. Its about 57 min drive.
