Also, you want to be careful when dealing with craigslist. There have been several reports of fraud/scams on craigslist. People's listings are being stolen/copied and scammers are entering their contact information. Just be careful. I would recommend always contacting a professional! This is not meant to disrespect craigslist!(i've bought there before), just thought I would mention that!

Sometimes price increase or decrease depending on demand.
I'd try to stick to the lower price.
You might have good luck that way.

You didn't mention the home address. Check on the Multiple Listing site or Realtor.com for the correct price. If you are talking about the price here on Trulia being $699 I have noticied that they are slow to pick up price changes, so it may well have been reduced.
