Zillow and Trulia are not capable to sifting data, they are essentially worthless as are almost all automated valuation models (AVMs). To accurately gauge anything you need filtered information that relates to your specific area.
Drop me line, I can tap my appraisal resources and pull statisical data using SMART in about 5 minutes.

A real estate agent will be the best source of such information as we often know the specifics of the homes as well (i.e. not just size; but condition, seller's situation and motivation levels, differences in lots, etc.). I believe Trulia itself has some of this information; but whatever you see, be sure to verify it as this information is often pulled from tax records that are not always 100% accurate.
Scott- try using http://www.zillow.com, or you can have a real estate agent run a comparative market analysis on your home- to give you an idea of what similar homes have been sold for.
