Hi Yellow Light,

You can view your zip code's "Crime Rate Index" and more stats on my personal website here:

You can also register, search for homes and save your searches right there. I have recently received feedback from a title company that it is the best real estate search site they have ever seen, "better than searching the MLS".

Please feel free to call or email me when ready to discuss the next few steps in the home buying process.

I hope you have a great holiday season!

You should check with the Willingboro police (609) 877-3001 or go to to get information. I live and work in Willingboro and can help you if you'd like to buy a home there once you speak with the police.

Greetings Yellowlight1,

A good source to find out this type of information is right here on Trulia. You can type in the zip code or town under the stats and trends section to get crime data. Otherwise, for specific information, you can check with the local township police department.

Everytime I get this questions from my buyers or sellers, I give them this site and they're always good to go. It provides all types of demographics for specific areas. No, i don't have any type of affiliation or get anything from you visiting the site. &

Iif unfamiliar with the area(s) of interest, do research online and do visit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors; for any safety concerns contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand; real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.

Your best bet is to call the local Police Department and find out from them. I'm not a law enforcement officer so I can't, nor should any realtor try and give you facts on that type of thing. I do however have a listing that was just put on the market in that very town if you're interested let me know. It can be found on my website below.
Best of luck in the search.
