Hamilton Park is a very convenient, older established area. There are several nice properties for sale, and the values remain very stable.
What specifically do you want to know.

Hamilton park is an older established neighborhood than is bordered by 75 on the west, TI on the east, Forest on the south and 635 on the north. The area feeds to Lake Highlands schools which is a positive and it is within walking distance to the Dart Rail station, also a positive. It consists of homes ranging from $40,000-$90,000. The best thing to do is get out and drive around the area. It's best to visit neighborhoods in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. That way, you get a good feel for the area at different times of the day.

Many of the homes are older (1940's/50's) frame, small homes, but there are plenty of mature trees, and the neighborhood is convenient to 75 and 635.
