FIRST ANSWER

It's a condo, but it has not been on the market since 2007. There are others on the market now if you are interested. Trulia ia a terrible site to search for property. Try realtor.com or just about any web site from any real estate Broker.....like mine, if you want 'real time' listings and are not ready to work with an agent.
