Hello Raymond, this area is very diversified as much of Los Angeles County is. For more detailed information on a specific area, I would recommend checking the local city or zip code demographics, this can provide a wealth of information about any area you are thinking of purchasing.

By the way, congratulations on making the decision to buy right now, it is one of the best times to buy with amazing home prices and outstanding interests rates currently available.

Feel free to contact me anytime.
Have a great day,

Hi Raymond:

Park Mesa Heights is part of the City of Los Angeles, which is a very diverse community. They have a Park Mesa Heights Community Council in which you can get some further information regarding the demographics of the area. I have attached the link below.

The area has changed a lot over the past several years due to the change in property ownership, whereas, the home prices have been lower, and people wanting to obtain homeownership have moved in, upgrading the homes and having pride of ownership. Also, the City of Los Angeles has made great strides in attempting to bring in businesses and to beautify many of the major areas, like the Crenshaw District.

Take a look at the website.

Good luck and all the best,

Check out area statistics; real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods; so, you should check out demographics on your own to assure your comfort level can be reached.
