By way of explanation, Realtors are ethically bound not to "steer" people from or to any town. That's why you won't see a straight answer here (from a Realtor, anyway).

Where are you exactly looking? By law, we as agents, cannot even broach the subject or share info about what you are asking. As recommended, whatever area, specific, you are looking at, in Hartford, best source is the local police dept. We do not have that info available to us unless we call ourselves and then run into the problem of misinterpretation.
