The short answer is yes. However there are many factors to consider when applying for a loan. I work with several lenders in the area that can help you determine how much you can afford. If you would like more info, please contact me via email at lroby@kw.com.

Lisatran,

I do have a lender that can prequalify you for a FHA loan at 585 if you are interested. Just let me know. Thanks!

Most lenders want that mid score to be 620.
You look pretty close.
Maybe just paying down a credit card will get the score up. Here is a little book about credit.

Lisatran,

It sounds like you could be close to being able to qualify for a house. Lenders use a different set of criteria when pulling your credit scores, so you would definitely need to talk with a lender. If you need the name of a good one, just send me an email. I will be more than happy to guide you in the right direction. Good luck!
