Hello Mikemia2004,
There are gated neighborhoods in the 33024 zip code; however, the entire area is not gated. If you give me more specifics for example, a particular block(s) or a grid, I would be happy to download and share the "Neighborhood Statistics Report" that Agents have access to as a part of our Realtor Board resources. This report encompasses statistical crime data from the Police Department as well as the educational, income levels of a specific area.

Hi Mike,
I'm not sure which property you are inquiring about. Do you have an address for the property? If so, you may want to call the local police department. They can tell you the crime rates, etc. If you have any other questions regarding this property or any others, feel free to contact me anytime.
All the best,

I can't answer the question as a realtor in Massachusetts, but I can tell my clients to call the local police department, and ask them. So, call the local police business line, and ask them or ask to speak with their community liaison person. They can help you.

Good luck!
