No, not for sale. Here is the thing, most of the time as a buyer in Arizona it will not cost you anything to work with an agent or Realtor, if the property is listed on MLS. There is inventory available, find a local Realtor (looks like you already had several answer your question on here, or read reviews written by past clients on Zillow.com) to help you sort through it all. Most of the time (not always of course) it will not cost you anything, and their expertise will help you find the home you want, deal with the paperwork (purchase contract) and everything else from inspections to close of escrow.

If you are not pre-approved, that needs to be your first step. In this market, REO (foreclosed property) will not accept an offer without a pre-approval letter.

This home was foreclosed on in 8/09 and was purchased as an REO from DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST CO a month later as an owner occupied home. There is no record of the home going through Trustee Sale.
