Yes, it is. It has alot of history attached to it, and has quite a few oaklined streets. It is gated and has a wonderful lowcountry feel. However, there are financial problems as stated before. It is planned to have open areas, and a marina as well, but hasn't completed some of the planning because of the financial problems. Current offering sale prices range from $319,900 up to $1,750,000, with a median price of $397,450.000

yes - It is a Rice Plantation from the 1700s that has been redeveloped into a Pawleys Island resort neighborhood.

It's beautiful & yes; however there is financial problems with ownership & developers. Sit on the sidelines a little longer here.
