I agree with Matt below. Rental inventory is moving fast in the rental world. I recommend Craigs List for "do it yourself", but would highly recommend you choose real estate agent services to get the most out of your apartment search. Otherwise, you might find yourself wasting a lot of time.

Many of the owner's that were barely hanging on with rental income are now unable to even consider renting because they are joining the increasing list of short sales - good stable units are going fast. I do not recommend searching for private rental units without a real estate agent.

Good units are moving fast in the rental world. Get a good leasing agent to help you out and you will have the best shot at getting the unit you want.

Hi Smuvjetta,

The units are not available, unfortunately for you. However, if you'd like to stay on top of what is currently available use my website (no charge/obligation) http://www.jamesonsir.com/evelynfred.

You can also work with a Realtor or a leasing agent. Realtors are no charge and some leasing offices charge a fee, your choice.

Interview a few Realtors, start with the ones that responded to your inquiry right here on Trulia, myself included.

Good luck!

hey Smuvjetta,
the rental market is very fast and if your doing this on your own you are going to get B or C level rental units. Please go to my website and email me/ contact me. we are not going to rush you into something that is not a good fit..slow down and let me help you find a great deal - i need to see a little initiative on your part by contacting me as I only work with "real renters" - I charge you nothing so I want to be sure your ready to go on the adventure.. I am one of the best.. hopeto hear from you.

The best way to find out about availability is to ask a licensed Realtor. I could send you updated information on all of the units available in the building if you'd like.

Another way to stay on top is to work with a Realtor or leasing agents. Realtors are at no charge and some leasing offices charge. Talk with the agents that respond right here on Trulia, myself included.
