your question was posted on property location 101 Compass Street, Pacific Beach. Which is the Alderwood District of Seabrook. Seabrook is a new beach community. East of the property is additional land owned by Seabrook for conservation and additional development. The conservation district adjoins the east boundary line, a planned "farm District" and equestrian area could be a distant view. To the west is the opposite side of Compass street. Developed into new england style. There is less than a fuve minute walk to the trail head to the beach (Pacific Ocean). There is no canal near this property.

224 taurus blvd sw is close to 500 yards from the beach. The home is actually 1080sq ft. and the lot is 10,800sq ft. The home is on a paved beach access road. It will be for sale soon. Canals are on the eastern side and this home is on the west side of the pennisula.
hope this answers your question.

Twoblondznabenze,
You didn't include a link, so it's difficult to answer your question. One suggestion would be to look at the map tab and click on satellite or hybrid view. You can zoom in and out to gain some perspective on what you are seeing.
