80221 happens to have two of my favorite taquerias in town, Taqueria Trompito at 70th & Pecos and El Taco Veloz on Federal near 52nd. As for coffee, Venice on the Blvd is good (Lowell/50th).

SZvega,

I remember when this question first came up. I didn't see an address so I didn't respond. By now you probably got your question answered; but if not let me know some specifics and I will be glad to help you any way I can. All the best.

Dear Szvega,

Personally I think we are super lucky to be in the Denver metro area because I feel like there are always good locations for shopping for groceries, malls and great urban coffee shops.

I often use google maps when looking for businesses like this by typing in my zip code or cross street area and then "coffee" and seeing what comes up. Naturally you know that the multiple Starbucks will pop up but I like to look for the local owned businesses.

Let me know if you need anything and feel free to search for homes at http://www.brookehengst.com.

That is a matter of personal preference. Did you have a specific address in mind? For a general opinion of things check the walk score. If you do not know how to get your walk score or more first time home buyer information contact me.

Check out http://www.kennarealestate.com for all the info you are looking for. Look up a house in the zip code. Click on the "get Local" or the walkscore on the details page.
