Hello Shelley,

You can go to a public auction but be prepared to bring cash and bid against other buyers like yourself. Many times you haven't even seen the property and you are taking the property in "as is" condition. You should do some research before you do set out to embark on this journey, you should go sit in on an auction. That's what I did. I found it to be extremely helpful.

If you would like to discuss this further, I'd love to talk to you.

Remember, the more you know, the more savvy of a buyer you will be!
