Don't know how I missed your question, but the best way to find the price of a house that closed is by checking county records. It can take up to 30 days from closing for the details to be posted at the county courthouse, but you can check any time. The three internet addresses are: Lake Co: http://www.lakecopropappr.com Sumter Co: http://www.qpublic.net/sumter Marion Co: http://www.pa.marion.fl.us
