Need to do some research on Brownstone. When I do a web search on Brownstone Properties, I see alot of complaints listed from at least a dozen or so people.

I am a REALTOR that worked in property management for 12-years in Lynchburg. I currently work in land. I would advise Brownstone Properties, Coldwell-Banker Forehand, and Langley Family Trust.

My neighbor used Colonial Properties on Wyndhurst Dr., Lynchburg and had tenants in two weeks. Many real estate agents refer people to Brownstone Properties, Inc. on Old Forest Rd. I have not had personal contact with either but they might be good ones to interview.
