That is great advise and I'm glad you labelled your post BUYER BEWARE...that's exactly what the law says! Most people don't consider contacting the police department for records of activity and simply depend on their "gut". At the same time, one man's trash...etc.

As you said, it's a great house on a cute lot...for somebody that may be all that matters. I'm glad you reminded me to advise clients to do their homework!
