Looks like the listing expired on 9/28 and hasn't been put back on the market.

Looking back at the history of this house, the owner listed the house in May 2002 for $179,900 (but didn't sell it). Then in November 2003 it sold for $249,900 (on the market for 5 days). Then listed again in March 2008 for $262,900... Laura, I can't find this listing in Trulia, do you have a link for it?

Sometimes the information that you can obtain online just aren't up to date... a good source for this information would be your Buyer's Agent. He or she probably has this information at their disposal, and can easily provide it to you, unless you enjoy seeking out the answers on your own :) I know I did before I became a licensee...

Actually, the Town's online database says it sold for $249,900 in 2003. Melissa, where did you get the $187,000 figure from? I'd like to clear that up.

Laura, according to the Massachusetts MLS, this property expired (unsold) back at the end of September. The listing price at that time shows as $262,900...

Hi Laura,

I think there are also feeds from the public records that the local tax assesors have. This particular town record indicates it was sold in 2003 for $187,000. Hope this helps.

trulia gets information either from electronic feeds from the listing companies mls feed or from the listing agent directly. if the price is wrong it has not been updated by the listing agent. there is no link for me to check who is teh listing agent but you could contact them directly to have them log on, go to my trulia, click on listings and update.
